PERSONNEL BIOS Phil Rogan, President

Phil has extensive knowledge and experience managing and developing diverse technology and media projects. Managing a small business to the four-million sales mark in 8 years, Phil has delivered CD-ROMs, Touch Screen Kiosks, Client/Server Custom Software Solutions, Sophisticated Web Sites, and Patented Innovations in emerging technologies like Interactive Television.
Beginning with multimedia and stage presentations in the late 80's, Phil's work has been featured in Time Magazine and has been bundled on virtually every Windows based computer system this decade.
As Prototype Designer and Developer at Microsoft, Phil's efforts are reflected in such products as Outlook Express, MSN, MSN Messenger, Microsoft.com, Sidewalk, and Encarta. With projects ranging from Hewlett Packard Product Simulators to the The Jimi Hendrix Experience Music Project Kiosk Development, Phil brings a broad range of experience and historical perspective to his projects.
Awards include a Bandie in 99 (for The Voxxy Network) for Newest New Thing, with a nomination for Best New Interface Design. The New York Film Festival Gold Award for Interactivity for The Dairy Farmers of Washington Kiosk, and recently a Golden Web award for HSTrask ecommerce web site.
Recent highlights include Stay Safe Online CD and Web Site featuring Shaquille O'Neal and Tara Lipinski, CashFlow for Kids CD ROM and RichKidSmartKid Web Site for Robert Kiyosaki (Author of Rich Dad Poor Dad), instantET for Entertainment Tonight (with Agency/Paramount Television), and patented innovative technologies for Digeo Interactive Television and Discovery Channel (with MetaStories). Formerly the Director of Multimedia Development for Genigraphics, Vice President of Operations for Illuminated Media and Director of Interactive Development for FutureWorks/Evans Group, of he is now President of RoganStreet, Inc.
