American Conservation Estate Web Site/Flash Intro
Lane Coulston, American Conservation Real Estate.

ROLE: Web site redesign, Flash Programming.

The Web site layout mimics traditional print based media layout, and is formatted to allow for easy printing that maintains the clean layout of the site.

Overview:
The American Conservation Real Estate web site contains a huge amount of information for potential real estate buyers. An unobtrusive drop down header-style menu provides a clean path to 20+ pages of background documents, while maintaining the analogy to traditional print layout which the web site was intended to replace. The Flash Introduction prepares the user to invest the research time needed to fully understand the concept of conservation real-estate, and presents an emotion that can't be captured in any amount of explanation.

Project Highlights:
The 5+ minute Flash introduction is about 1 MB in size and can be sent on floppy or e-mailed to prospective clients.
